The hotel offers comfortable rooms with massive bay windows, ideal for city views, along with health and leisure facilities. The service promptly addressed issues and relocated us when necessary. While the location is great for convenience and amenities, some find it overpriced. Dining options are varied and enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was freezing cold due to the AC that wouldn't turn off even after I sought help from the staff, and my girlfriend woke up with bedbug bites. The sheets were dirty, and despite following protocols for a room change, none was offered. The room size was decent with soft and clean linen, but too dark with insufficient light coming in from the window facing a brick wall and courtyard.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean with comfortable beds and great views, but unfortunately, they lacked air conditioning, making the rooms uncomfortably hot at times. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of cannabis throughout the hotel which was a downside. However, the staff went out of their way to prepare a complimentary cake and a nicely folded towel swan for our anniversary, showing their thoughtful service.
